The Local File System node allows users to import data directly from folders on a local machine. This node is only available for installations running on Windows or macOS. It is not available in the cloud version of the platform.

- By default, the following are checked
- Exclude external drives
- Exclude typical OS files and directories
- Exclude symlinks
- These options help reduce noise and avoid processing unnecessary system files.
- By default, the following are checked
- Include Path – Use the “Include path” field to define the folders from which data should be read.
- Accepted formats
- /Users/usr/Documents/product-images/*
- You can add multiple folders by clicking “Add Another Folder.”

- Optional – define folders that should be ignored during processing.
- Accepted formats (same as Include Path)
- You can also click “Add Another Folder” to exclude more paths.
